    Cook Chicken Recipes-Tasty Coconut

    Fried chicken which is then cooked with thick coconut seasoning blends your taste is very savory and spicy, too sweet, too.     • 1 kg chicken meat
    • 1 piece of lime
    • 400 ml water
    • 65 ml coconut milk kara
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp flavoring
    • 1 tablespoon full of brown sugar
    • 5 tbsp tamarind water
    • 2 stalks Lemongrass, geprek
    • 3 cm galangal, geprek
    • 2 pieces of bay leaf
    • cooking oil

    Subtle seasoning:


    • 10 round onion
    • 10 pieces of curly red chillies
    • 8 red cayenne pepper fruit
    • 6 cloves of garlic
    • 6 roasted hazelnut grains


    CHICKEN COOKED IN COCONUT MILK PREPARATION:


    1. Cut the chicken into pieces and wash it clean then rub with lemon juice. Let stand about 10 minutes, then FRY until cooked, lift and drain off the oil.
    2. Heat the oil and then Saute seasoning smooth with Lemongrass and galangal, Bay leaves until fragrant. Put water, flavoring, salt, brown sugar and mix well.
    3. Pour the coconut milk, stir-stir so as not to break the coconut milk. Add the tamarind water and mix well then stir in fried chicken. stir occasionally and wait until the gravy has thickened and cooked in coconut milk took out the oil.
    4. The chicken could've been presented, it can also be burned or baked briefly before serving.
